President's Vision

A Vision for Education & Empowerment

My Educational and Social Work — A Mission I am President Raghunath Nivrutti Tambade, a resident of Sast Pimpalgaon, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna, and the President of Jai Bajrang Cultural and Sports Association and Gymnasium. For the past seventeen years, I have been serving as a principal at various educational institutions, including Late Laxmanrao Naik Teachers’ Training College, Kelwad; Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Teachers’ Training College and Nursing College, Chikhli; and Nagre Junior College, Buldhana. Through these institutions, I have been contributing to the field of education. As a result of my educational and social work to date, thousands of students have become self-reliant. Many of my students are working as teachers in Zilla Parishad schools across various districts. Several others are also rendering commendable service in the fields of nursing and patient care. The graph of my students’ success continues to rise steadily. It is particularly noteworthy that I have carried out this entire educational work while living approximately 150 kilometres away from my native village. It is my sincere desire that the benefit of my extensive educational experience, knowledge, and expertise should reach the students from poor, hardworking, farming, and labouring families in my native village and the surrounding area. With this mission in mind, I have made an effort to plant a small educational seedling in the form of a nursing college at Sast Pimpalgaon, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna. Since there was no nursing college available within a radius of approximately 50 kilometres from this area, rural and economically disadvantaged students had to face great difficulties in pursuing higher education. This sincere effort has been undertaken to overcome that difficulty and provide local students with educational opportunities close to their homes. My efforts in this direction have been ongoing since 2009. However, due to financial difficulties, many things could not be completed as planned. Nevertheless, my determination, perseverance, and efforts continue unabated even today. In the future, my firm resolve is to create various educational facilities for the students of this surrounding region and to establish a grand educational complex offering courses in diverse fields. As I take the first step towards fulfilling this resolve, I have received valuable support from Maratha warrior Manoj Dada Jarange Patil, for which I am sincerely grateful to him. As I continue this educational journey, I sincerely hope to receive everyone’s love, blessings, and support in the years ahead. My heartfelt best wishes to all students! — President Raghunath Nivrutti Tambade Jai Bajrang Cultural and Sports Association and Gymnasium Sast Pimpalgaon, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna
